Human Resources Generalist - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies using social media, direct advertising, job boards, career fairs, colleges/universities, etc.

• Work with hiring managers to create job postings that accurately identifies needs, as well as, desirable skills and attributes

• Identify, interview and recommend candidates for open positions

• Perform appropriate background checks and references

• Conduct new hire orientation and enhance the onboarding process to increase employee engagement

• Benefit administration responsibilities include effectively communicate benefits, ensure accurate and timely enrollment, approve monthly invoices, participate in annual open enrollment benefit fair

• Proper administration, documentation and reporting of FMLA, Workers Comp, TDI, and unemployment benefits

Job Duties:
• Responsible for the management and supervision of accounting functions, providing coverage when employees are on extended leave

• Analyze balance sheet accounts, research and reconcile all variances

• Analyze AP and AR aging

• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, AR & AP related GL accounts, including accruals

• Manage inventory to include record purchases, material requisitions, valuations

Job Duties:
• Responsible for all cash transactions

Job Duties:
• Review invoices and properly allocate expense to the correct GL account and cost center

Job Duties:
• Detail concept development, system design, and installation for HVAC systems

• Detail and produce drawings of metal fabrication components for the HVAC industry

• Provide HVAC equipment quotations for project estimates

• Effectively use CAD software to accurately design HVAC layouts

• Interpret information from sketches, blueprints, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions, to design HVAC layout and systems

• Collaborate with estimators and project managers in project preparation of construction drawings and specifications

• Code and design reviews/studies

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of drafting experience in related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, complex mechanical systems and assemblies

• Experience drafting and designing with sheet metal products

Construction Administrative Assistant - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Research procurement opportunities and requests for proposals

Construction Project Administrator - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance and all contractual obligations are met

• Able to understand, source, track and compile submittals, pre-construction requirements, close outs, job hazard analysis, building permits, request for information, operations & maintenance manuals, and other project document requirements during the entire project lifecycle

• Prepare all project communications, reports and contractual correspondences

• Responsible for updating software programs to monitor and record project documents

• Construction billing documents, compliance and lien waiver execution

• Apply judgment and make decisions with respect to deliverables and input interpretation

• Procure, review, track, and distribute all Project Certificates of Insurance to appropriate parties

Project Engineer / Project Manager - Oahu

Job Duties:
• Prepare project estimates for presentation to the general contractor and/or owner
• Work with general contractor and/or owner throughout the negotiation process, provide clarification and resolution as needed
• Prepare and present the final bid to the general contractor and/or owner
• Acts as the primary contact for the general contractor and/or owner; attend project meetings, maintain communication regarding all project related matters • Prepare subcontract agreements, schedule of values and customer billings
• Review shop drawings for accuracy, efficiency, and clarity
• Identify and recommend appropriate cost savings/value engineering items
• Responsible for the purchasing, scheduling and delivery of equipment and materials required for the project, ensure accuracy to project plans and specifications
• Prepare and submit change order estimates and work orders, confirm completion of changes
• Identify, analyze and resolve problems, define any cost or schedule impact
• Provide project updates to the appropriate departments
• Prepare and submit closing documents, maintain all project documentation
